Swim workout today:

2x100 warmup
6x75 25 kick, 50 swim
4x50 25 drill, 25 swim
2x100 100 swim
6.75 25 hard, 50 easy
100 easy

Total: 1600 yards = 4800 feet = 0.9 miles = basically my swim distance

Also ran for 20 min, and then tried to do a pull up on the playground.
